BbWorld 16: Blackboard Ate My Homework
Students (and even instructors) report that Blackboard Learn “ate their homework.” Did this really happen, or was it a violation of academic honesty? Using system logs and user activity reports, the system administrator can track a user’s activity in the system. In this session, we’ll look at the forensic data and tools needed to efficiently investigate these claims, using a combination of Blackboard reports and logs, and external tools.
